Level III

Intermediate Thai Massage 
This 3-day course is designed to increase the skill level of practitioners who have taken Level II. At the completion of this level, students will be able to customize a massage choosing from 5.5 hours of material compiled from levels I, II and III for varying body types. This course completes this segment of Northern style Thai massage.
The goal of Level III is to introduce the student to:

  • The final segment of Thai Northern style massage segment: new, advanced 90-minute Thai massage routine
  • Application of advanced touch techniques using palms, elbows, knees and feet
  • Advanced postures such as inverted double leg postures, sitting series, traction and twists.
  • Advanced stances designed for stability, balance, safety and strength.

Thai Heat Therapy - Heat Compress

Mat or Table style
This 1-day hands-on course is designed to provide students with the foundation of Thai Herbal massage. This form of Thai Massage blends the profound benefits of heat, aroma, herbs and acupressure.
A herbal hot compress is applied to muscles and joints to relieve soreness and pain while increasing levels of flexibility. The heat penetrates the pores, the skin becomes heated, and blood flow is stimulated resulting in a rapid rebuilding and nourishing of the body's tissues. The herbs hold the heat from the steam to deeply penetrate & relax the muscles. 
The goal of this class to introduce the student to:

  • The healing benefits of Thai Heat Massage.
  • Compress making: Method of preparation and practice preparing a compress.
  • Classification of herbs.
  • Thai recipes for compress, saunas and bath.

Level IV

Advanced Techniques

This 4-day, hands on course is based on the advanced techniques that were passed down from the Masters of Thailand. This course begins a completely new vein of Thai Therapy. This class is a must for dealing with the specifics of a successful massage practice. These postures and philosophies are exciting, extremely effective and advanced.
The goal of this class to introduce the student to:

  • New advanced massage sequences, which are completely different from the sequences learned in the previous levels.
  • Supine and prone positions will be covered.
  • New advanced postures and variations of postures for all body types
  • Pressure point therapy
  • New advanced stances
  • New advanced touch techniques that can be incorporated into routines learned in previous levels
