• Print off our registration form
• Fill out and send in the required deposit for each course selected.
• One registration form per class.

Keep in mind::.

• Level I,II,IV & V = $200 deposit
• Table Thai Level I & II Courses = $200 deposit
• Level III = $150 deposit
• Anatomy & Herbal Heat Therapy = $100 deposit
• We accept cash, cheque, amx, visa, M.C. and debit.
• The balance of the full payment is due 14 days before the class start date. Please include your email address. We will send you a confirmation via email.

Tax Deductible courses
Thai Massage Toronto School is accredited with the Government of Canada.
Tax receipts are issued in February of the following year.
