Thai Massage
(Traditional Northern Style)

Traditional Northern Style Thai Massage is slow and rhythmic, and will relax and revitalize you into a positive state of being. A fluid unification of passive yoga, Tai Chi and Eastern massage techniques, each posture flows into the next. Thai Massage combines static stretches, yoga-like postures, compression reflexology and meditative breath to take the joints through a full range of motion. The result is a wonderful sense of being; balancing meridians in your body to stimulate its natural detoxification process and relieve stress. Sessions are designed to compliment your body type, with the practitioner’s focus on aiding your particular needs, including limited range of motion, sore muscles, and stress or fatigue management. Thai Massage is performed on a large mat the client wearing loose comfortable clothing. Experience increased body awareness and feel your tension vanish!

Thai Heat Massage
(Herbal compress ball)

This form of Thai Massage blends the profound benefits of heat, aroma, herbs and compression to relax sore muscles and increase flexibility. A hot compress made up of therapeutic herbs (including: ginger, cinnamon and eucalyptus) is applied to your muscles and joints, the herbs in the compress hold the heat from the steam to deeply penetrate & relax your muscles. The heat penetrates into your pores and your skin becomes heated causing you blood flow to be stimulated. This results in the rapid rebuilding and nourishing of your body's tissues. Thai heat massage is performed on a floor mat with the client wearing loose, light cotton, clothing. Experience a profound simultaneously relaxing and energizing effect to your body, mind and soul.

Thai Style Foot Massage

Thai Foot Massage is based on the principle that there are reflex points in the feet which link to different organs in the body. Foot Massage can be relaxing, soothing, calming, balancing and can boost the entire body. Thai people have a long history of emphasizing this importance of the feet’s reflex points. This foot routine constitutes a general reflexology treatment for the whole body. Working these reflex points will reduce tension in the body; reducing your stress levels and relaxing your mind. Thai Style Foot Massage has many beneficial and lasting effects. Some sessions are gentle in nature, aiming to restore your body systems for better function while others allow for more specification depending on your situation.

4 Hands Thai Massage
(2 practitioners massage one client)

Two experienced practitioners move like a symphony of fluid movement that will take you to a state of deep and unequalled relaxation. They perform in a slow, synchronized and mindful manner to create a unique massage session tailored for you. Working together intuitively, they effortlessly complement each other’s flow. It has been described as "experiencing 2 full body massages at the same time!" Live in the moment and enjoy this unparalleled massage experience!
