Thai Massage
(Traditional Northern Style)

Slow and rhythmic, each Thai massage posture flows into the next. A relaxing and rejuvenating form of passive yoga, Tai Chi and Eastern massage techniques combined.

Blending slow, static stretches, yoga like postures, compression, reflexology and meditative breath.

Takes the joints through a full range of motion resulting in a wonderful sense of well-being and stress relief, while stimulating the detoxification process by balancing meridians in the body.

Sessions compliment all body types and are tailored to suit your particular needs from limited range of motion, tight, sore muscles, stress or fatigue management.

Sense the tension vanishing, while increased body awareness.

Thai massage is performed on a floor mat with the client wearing loose, comfortable clothing.

Thai Heat Massage
(Herbal compress ball)

This form of Thai Massage blends the profound benefits of heat, aroma, herbs and compression.

A hot compress is applied to muscles and joints. Relaxing soreness and increasing flexibility. Experience a profound simultaneously relaxing and energizing effect to body, mind and soul.

The heat penetrates the pores, the skin becomes heated, blood flow is stimulated, resulting in a rapid rebuilding and nourishing of the body's tissues. The herbs hold the heat from the steam to deeply penetrate & relax your muscles.

Thai heat massage is performed on a floor mat with the client wearing loose, light cotton, clothing.

Thai Style Reflexology

This foot routine constitutes a general reflexology treatment for the whole body. Thai’s have a long history of emphasizing this importance of feet points..

Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex points in the feet which link to different organs in the body. Working these points may reduce tension in the body, relaxing you it will in turn reduce stress.

Thai Style Foot Massage has many beneficial and lasting effects. Some sessions are gentle in nature, aiming to restore your body systems for better function while others are more specific.

Reflexology can be relaxing, soothing, calming, balancing and boosting the entire body.
